Sparkling Orange Passion Fruit Tea

 Ingredients:
  • BOBA EMPIRE Orange Syrup
  • BOBA EMPIRE Passion Fruit Syrup
  • BOBA EMPIRE Frcutose
 Instructions:
  1. Prepare a 700cc cup.
  2. Pour 20cc of orange syrup and 100cc of room temperature water into a shaker.
  3. Add ice until half full, then shake well.
  4. Pour 20cc of passion fruit syrup into the serving cup, followed by 150cc of sparkling water.
  5. Pour the orange mixture into the cup.

Dragon Fruit Lemonade w/ Kiwi Popping Boba

 Ingredients:
  • BOBA EMPIRE Kiwi Popping Boba
  • BOBA EMPIRE Lemon Syrup
  • BOBA EMPIRE Dragon Fruit Syrup
 Instructions:
  1. Prepare a 700cc cup and add 2 scoops of kiwi popping boba.
  2. Add 20cc of dragon fruit syrup and 20cc of lemon syrup.
  3. Pour in 200cc of Sprite (or sparkling water).
  4. Fill the cup with ice.
  5. A beautifully layered, texturally rich Dragon Fruit Lemonade is ready to enjoy.

Giant BOBA Milk Tea

 Ingredients:
  • BOBA EMPIRE Grass Jelly Powder
  • BOBA EMPIRE Earl Grey Milk Tea Powder
  • BOBA EMPIRE Non-Dairy Creamer
 Instructions:
  1. To make the giant boba: dissolve 40g grass jelly powder in 240cc boiling water.
  2. Pour into spherical molds and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Place the giant boba into a serving cup.
  4. Mix 150cc Earl Grey tea with 30g non-dairy creamer.
  5. Add 20cc fructose (or golden cane syrup) and ice, then shake thoroughly.
  6. Pour the milk tea over the boba.

Strawberry Foam Matcha Milk Tea

 Ingredients:
  • BOBA EMPIRE Strawberry Topping Creamer
  • BOBA EMPIRE Matcha Milk Tea Powder
  • BOBA EMPIRE Non-Dairy Creamer
 Instructions:
  1. For the strawberry foam: blend 50g strawberry topping creamer powder, 50cc whipping cream, and 150cc milk using a foam blender.
  2. In a shaker, mix 50g matcha milk tea powder, 25g non-dairy creamer, 10cc fructose (or golden cane syrup), and 200cc hot water. Stir well to dissolve completely.
  3. Add ice until 80% full and stir again to cool.
  4. Pour matcha milk tea into the cup, then top with the strawberry foam.

Strawberry Matcha Amazake Latte w/ Jelly

 Ingredients:
  • BOBA EMPIRE Jasmine Green Tea
  • BOBA EMPIRE Konjac Powder
  • BOBA EMPIRE Matcha Amazake Latte
  • BOBA EMPIRE Strawberry Syrup
  • BOBA EMPIRE Lemon Syrup
 Instructions:
  1. To prepare matcha jelly: dissolve 40g matcha jelly powder in 240cc boiling water. Pour into a cup or mold and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In a shaker, dissolve 20g matcha amazake in 80cc hot water, then add 40g ice to cool.
  3. Take the prepared matcha jelly cup, add 20cc strawberry syrup, 20cc lemon syrup, and 100cc room temperature water. Stir well.
  4. Pour in the cooled matcha amazake.
  5. A charming, Japanese-inspired layered beverage with strawberry flair is complete.

Black Oolong Fresh Milk Tea

 Ingredients:
  • BOBA EMPIRE Black Tea
  • BOBA EMPIRE Roasted Tea
 Instructions:
  1.  In a 700cc cup, combine 200cc fresh milk with 40cc fructose (or golden cane syrup) and stir well.
  2. Fill the cup with ice to 80%.
  3. Mix 200cc black tea and 50cc oolong tea in a shaker.
  4. Pour the 250cc black oolong tea blend into the cup.
  5. A layered and aromatic Black Oolong Fresh Milk Tea is ready to enjoy.

Ube Frappuccino

 Ingredients:
  • BOBA EMPIRE Ube Walling Powder
 Instructions:
  1. In a 700cc cup, mix 80g ube walling powder with 100cc room temperature water.
  2. Stir into a smooth paste and creatively smear it around the inside of the cup.
  3. Blend fresh milk with ice to make a milk slush.
  4. Fill the cup with the milk slush.

Matcha Dirty Bubble Thai Tea

 Ingredients:
  • BOBA EMPIRE Tapioca Boba
  • BOBA EMPIRE Matcha Walling Powder

 Instructions:
  1. In a shaker, combine 60g Thai milk tea powder, 30g non-dairy creamer, and 250cc hot water. Add ice until 70% full, shake well, and set aside.

  3. Stir into a matcha paste and evenly coat the inside of the cup.
